BitTide News aggregates, summarizes, and ranks publicly available articles about technology and AI from third-party sources. Article titles, summaries, and metadata are presented for informational and discovery purposes; the original works remain the property of their respective publishers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you create an account or subscribe to email digests, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.

• Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Service except as expressly permitted.

All articles linked or summarized through BitTide News belong to their original publishers. Summaries, ranking signals, and editorial selection produced by BitTide News are owned by us. You may share links to articles and summaries for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution.

5. Email Digests

Subscribed users may receive periodic email digests. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every digest email or by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer
