Introducing Manus Flex: Use your own API key in the Manus workspace

Manus is launching Manus Flex, a new module that lets users power Manus with their own API key from a supported inference provider. Since inception, Manus has built a managed agent product that handles model selection, harness, and agent infrastructure, such as web app hosting and databases. Today, we are opening up the Manus harness and agent infrastructure to work with a wider range of inference providers. With Flex, users can bring an existing provider relationship into Manus. Their API key connects provider inference to the same projects, tools, execution environments, and agent workflows they already use. Manus continues to provide the agent system that plans the work, uses tools, operates across execution environments, and turns model output into completed tasks. Flex configuration includes a model and a reasoning-effort setting for the connected provider. Model inference is billed directly by that provider. Other services and infrastructure used as part of a Manus task still consume Manus credits.

The Flex Inference Partner Program expands bring-your-own-key access

The Manus Flex Inference Partner Program expands the number of inference providers that users can connect through Flex.
