Build a Long-Term Free Node at Zero Cost | Unlock ChatGPT / Gemini!
To make every step clear for everyone, there are quite a few screenshots. I recommend bookmarking this and viewing it on a computer!
In 2026, this might be the most reliable way to get a truly “usable” free node, so make sure to read today’s article carefully!
Let’s start with its advantages:
- Free: No extra cost — even the domain can be free.
- Easy to operate: The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
- Stable: Backed by Cloudflare’s own network, so stability and availability are not a concern.
- Very fast speed
1. Get Your Own Domain
If you already have a domain, feel free to skip ahead.

[Deploy Your Domain to Cloudflare in 3 Minutes] Many screenshots, trying to explain every step clearly!
If you already have a domain, continue below.
If not, and you don’t want to pay, check the free domain method above.
Deploy on Cloudflare… (Continued)
Once the above is done, proceed with the following steps.
2.2 Create a KV Namespace
In the search box, type 【workers KV】.
Click 【Create Instance】.
Give it any name you like.
2.3 Create a Pages Project
In the left menu, click 【Compute】 → 【Workers & Pages】.
Click 【Create application】, then choose to create a Pages project.
Select the option to upload your project by drag-and-drop. Click 【Get Started】. Enter any project name, then click 【Create project】.
Upload the project. This project is open source on GitHub — you can get it yourself [Get it here].
After uploading, click 【Deploy site】.
If you see the screen as shown, deployment is successful.
Do not close the page. After deployment, you need to configure environment variables.
2.4 Configure Environment Variables
After deployment, click 【Continue to project】.
Select 【Settings】, then click 【Add】 on the right side of 【Variables and Secrets】.
Note: The variable name must be 【ADMIN】. The Value can be anything you want. Fill it in and save.
2.5 Bind the KV Namespace
Still on the same page, click 【Add】 on the right side of 【Bindings】, then select 【KV namespace】.
The variable name must be KV. Under KV namespace, select the one we created earlier, then save.
2.6 Bind a Custom Domain
Select 【Custom domains】 → 【Set up a custom domain】.
Enter the free domain you registered, then click Continue.
You need to add a CNAME record in the DNS records.
First, don’t close the current page. Right-click the Cloudflare icon at the top left and select 【Open link in new tab】.
In the newly opened tab, you’ll see your bound domain. Click to open it.
Click 【DNS Records】 on the right.
Select 【Add record】. Set Type to CNAME. Copy the Name and Content from the previous Cloudflare page and paste them here.
Then click Save.
Now, go back to the previous Cloudflare page. Select 【Active domain】 and wait a moment, or refresh the page. You should see it’s activated as shown.
2.7 Redeploy
Click 【Create deployment】 in the top right corner. Upload the project you downloaded again, then save and redeploy.
If you see the screen as shown, deployment was successful.
3. Configure the Node
After deployment, you can use your free domain to access the management panel.
Enter your domain — the display should look like this, meaning it’s working.
Add /admin to your domain to access the login page. Enter the admin password (which is the VALUE you set for ADMIN in Cloudflare) to log in.
Now you can get the node subscription address. It supports mainstream protocols like VLESS and Trojan, with deep integration of encrypted transmission.
Then import the node link format or adaptive subscription address from above into your proxy client.
For example, in v2ray, you can happily use Cloudflare’s permanent free service.
If you need more customization, such as optimized subscription addresses or specifying a ProxyIP subscription, click the top: “I’m an expert! I want to tinker!”
You can customize nodes according to your needs. Explore more advanced features on your own!
