Data science and data analytics are way more disrupted then coding!
Being able to guess: occupations, task success rate, expertise levels and more, all automatically, by just looking at conversation transcripts was complete science fiction 3 years ago.
This report is an excellent example on how much insight can now be automatically extracted from any unstructured data.
