Summary

China's leading AI labs Zhipu, Moonshot, and DeepSeek have raised approximately $35 billion in funding since June 2026, with potential to reach $60 billion through IPOs.

1/ China's three leading AI labs are rapidly replenishing their "ammunition." Since June 2026, Zhipu, Moonshot, and DeepSeek have raised approximately $35 billion in funding within about 4–5 months, which is roughly 7 times their cumulative funding prior to May this year. If subsequent IPOs go smoothly, from May 2026 to January 2027, the three combined could raise up to $60 billion.

1/ China’s three leading AI labs are rapidly replenishing their “ammunition.”

Since June 2026, Zhipu, Moonshot, and DeepSeek have raised approximately $35 billion in funding within about 4–5 months, which is roughly 7 times their cumulative funding prior to May this year.

If subsequent IPOs go smoothly, from May 2026 to January 2027, the three combined could raise up to $60 billion. 👇

Kimi / Moonshot:IPO

DeepSeek:IPO

Zhipu:
