I just listened to this video from @latkins who is CTO of @arcee_ai talking about lessons learns of training a large MOE sparse model as well as life in an AI Lab Startup.
This is such an informative and brilliant talk, I can’t give enough cred to what Lucas and his team accomplished.
And thank you so much for openly sharing your experiences with the world. Amazing!
