Origin of the Project

Although domestic educational websites provide free resources, most ordinary people still have limited access to information. Some take advantage of this by selling these resources with private watermarks on certain platforms. To counter this, I plan to centralize and open-source these resources, promoting the universalization of compulsory education and reducing regional educational poverty.

Another crucial reason is to help overseas Chinese ensure their children continue to learn about domestic education.

Problem: How to Merge Split Files?

GitHub has a maximum file upload limit. Files over 100MB are rejected, and files over 50MB trigger a warning during upload. Therefore, files larger than 50MB are split into multiple files of about 35MB each.

Solution

To merge these split files, simply follow these steps (similar for other operating systems):

  1. Download the merging program mergePDFs-windows-amd64.exe to the folder containing the PDF files.
  2. Make sure mergePDFs-windows-amd64.exe is in the same directory as the split PDF files.
  3. Double-click mergePDFs-windows-amd64.exe to automatically merge the files.
