I’ve used Limitless, but after it got acquired by Meta, it’s basically turned into a brick now. I’ve also tried Plaud, but it can’t sync in real-time—only export meeting notes afterward. And then there are all those always-on apps that drain your phone battery like crazy. I’ve always wanted a smart device that can record in real-time and upload to the cloud without guzzling power.
If this Moonphase really delivers on the hype—like calling up tools based on voice in real-time, managing todos and calendars, and coming with an e-ink screen—that would actually be super useful 😂
Besides the battery savings, one tricky issue here is probably speaker identification—making sure it doesn’t log what other people in the environment are saying. Feishu already has speaker recognition based on voiceprints; I wonder if this product can pull that off.
