Cold tip:
To update region-locked apps on iPhone, you don’t always have to switch accounts in the App Store.
Try this path:
Settings → Calendar/Contacts/Notes → Accounts → Add Account → iCloud
Add your own US, JP, or other region Apple ID.
After that, when updating apps previously downloaded with that regional account, the system may recognize it directly — no need to keep switching App Store accounts.
Note: Only add your own accounts. Turn off syncing for Calendar/Contacts/Notes if not needed, to avoid mixing data.
