Summary

Binance has launched direct trading of over 7,000 US stock ETFs, supporting USDC settlement, and will soon launch securities lending (FPSL) on June 4. Users can lend idle stocks to earn lending fees, achieving a three-tier income structure.

Binance US stocks listing this time is perfectly timed. Recently, domestic restrictions on opening overseas securities accounts have made it increasingly difficult for retail investors who previously accessed US stocks through offshore brokers to open accounts. Binance has stepped in by integrating over 7,000 US stock ETFs for direct trading, catching the wave of refugees from traditional brokers. Binance offers 1:1 equity, with front-end brokerage services provided by ADGM-licensed Nest Trading, and clearing and custody through Alpaca Securities. Holders receive real equity and are eligible for dividend distribution. The fee structure is also reasonable: under $350, only platform fees apply; above that, a 0.1% spread. That's comparable to mainstream brokers. However, what I'm most looking forward to is the securities lending (FPSL) feature launching on June 4. Binance integrates into the regulatory framework for real US stocks. Holders (lenders) can lend their idle stocks to hedge funds and market makers for short selling. Lending fees are settled into the user's USDC account at a floating rate. For the same holding: spread earns from the market, dividends earn from the company, and lending fees earn from short sellers. This three-tier income structure is a mature business in traditional brokerages – Robinhood and Interactive Brokers have offered it for years – but crypto-native users have never encountered this lending fee layer in their securities accounts. The era of 24/7 US stock trading has arrived. Awesome!!! It feels like buying US stocks like memes. @binancezh @binance

Binance’s US stock listing timing is spot on

Recently, China has tightened the channel for opening overseas securities accounts, making it increasingly difficult for retail investors who used to access US stocks through foreign brokers to open accounts. Binance stepped in at just the right time, connecting over 7,000 US stocks and ETFs for direct trading — a lifeline for refugees from traditional brokers.

Binance offers 1:1 equity. The front-end brokerage service is provided by ADGM-licensed Nest Trading, while clearing and custody go through Alpaca Securities. Holders receive real equity and are eligible for dividend distributions.

As for fees: orders under $350 are charged only a platform fee; above that, a 0.1% spread — which is fairly competitive compared to mainstream brokers.

What I’m personally most excited about is the securities lending (FPSL) launching on June 4. Binance has plugged into the regulatory framework for real US stocks. Holders become lenders: idle stocks can be lent to hedge funds and market makers for short selling, with lending fees settled at floating rates into users’ USDC accounts.

With the same position: earn the spread from the market, dividends from the company, and lending fees from short sellers. This three-layer income structure is a mature business in traditional brokerage — Robinhood and Interactive Brokers have offered it for years. But crypto-native securities accounts have never had access to the lending fee layer.

The era of 24-hour US stock trading without downtime is here.
