Summary

Discusses the housing crisis in Canada and the US, questioning when AI and robotics will provide widespread solutions such as 3D-printed homes and prefabricated construction, despite local regulatory hurdles.

Canada and US have a housing crisis what is the solution to it and a timeline where Ai and Robotics can tackle is problem. I can see general goods get cheaper but housing is a massive problem in many places in Canada and the United States. What solutions are being proposed to address this problem especially with each municipality having its own set of rules and regulations. Only thing I’ve heard is 3D printing homes or Prefab but again this is not wide spread. If housing and transportation is dealt with it’ll free a ton of money from a families budget on a monthly basis.
