After waiting so long, let me officially introduce Matrix, the most advanced Agent harness product on the market. More details will be released in the coming days.
Matrix aims to help you build your first ‘0-human’ Agent company — a CEO that manages multiple departments, autonomously completes various complex tasks, and operates long-term. In earlier beta testing, one user successfully earned over $3,000 using a Matrix company; another used it to autonomously write scripts, create videos, and post on YouTube, garnering over a million views; another built a trading backtesting system and made real profits; and some users found hundreds of B2B clients through email marketing or Reddit communities, achieving successful conversions…
Now, we are officially launching a larger-scale free public beta. Each tester will receive a massive amount of tokens as initial capital for their company. You can also use your own API, CC, Codex subscriptions, etc., to power it.
Leave a comment and DM me, and I’ll send you a beta access invite. I look forward to seeing everyone build their own Agent company and earn even more.
Derek Nee (@DerekNee): We’ve been quiet for 8 months.
Because we’ve been busy building the infrastructure for a 100% agent-led companies.
Still in the beta phase, but I can’t hold back this preview.
Introducing Matrix, where anyone can launch a 0-Person Company that actually earns.
And yes, Matrix

But building solutions on top of a mature Agent Harness has great potential. MCP only solves the connectivity problem, Skills only solves the domain knowledge problem…
The author argues that directly developing an Agent Harness is of little value because model companies will dominate, but building applications in vertical domains on top of mature frameworks still offers significant opportunities.
