## 1-Minute Workflow (Works for Any Ad)
1. Audience research
2. Lock concept + script
3. Write AI prompts
4. Image → Video → VO → Music → SFX → Edit
I built a “prompt-all-in-one” Google sheet and a custom GPT; links are in the description. You can replicate the steps with any tool chain you like.
## Step 1: Research & Concept
Ask GPT:
“Create an epic Nike spot. First research brand DNA, audience, emotional drivers, then brainstorm 10 concepts.”
In seconds it returns:
**Nike DNA:** Inspiration | Innovation | Athletic Obsession
**Audience:** Young athletes + culture heads
**Top 3 raw ideas:**
- Gravity Gives Up First
- Run Through the Archive
- Victory Has Fangs
I wanted “space + nostalgia + future.”
GPT fires back:
**Title:** “First Steps”
**Hook:** Treat space exploration as the ultimate sport.
**Tag:** “Every giant leap starts with a single step.”
Auto-generated storyboard: launch pad → gantry descent → moon impact → Mars swoop → rocket landing → astronaut boot print in red dust. Green-lit.
## Step 2: Batch-Generate Prompts
Prompt GPT again:
“For each beat above give me:
- Still prompt (NanoBanana 2)
- Motion prompt (Kling 3)
- Optional reference image URL
- SFX keyword”
Ten seconds later the table is ready—copy-paste level.
## Step 3: One-Stop Asset Factory (ArtList)
### Images
1. Toolkit → Images → NanoBanana 2 → 16:9 → 1K (saves credits)
2. Paste still prompt → Gen 2 options → pick hero → download → set as first frame
3. Generate matching last frame the same way
### Video
1. Upload last frame → Generate Video
2. Model: Kling 3.0 Pro → 7s → 16:9 → audio ON → no negative prompt
3. Paste motion prompt → Create
4. Repeat for every beat: rocket lift-off, ladder drop, lunar footprint, Mars touchdown…
**Model-swap tip:** If NanoBanana 2 misfires, toggle NanoBanana Pro or Grok/Imagen without leaving the tab.
## Step 4: Voice-Over
ArtList → AI Voice → 11Labs V3
Preset: “Astronaut”
Script line:
“More than exploration, it was obsessional.”
Hit Regenerate 2-3× for clean breaks.

## Step 5: Music & Sound Design
Music tab → filter: Cinematic | Epic | Powerful | Uplifting
First track fits—download MP3, claim-free.
ArtList auto-whitelists connected YouTube & IG accounts, so no Content-ID scares.
Add SFX from the same library (rocket rumble, air-whoosh, boot-clank) to sweeten cuts.
## Step 6: Edit
Drag everything into Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci.
Line up on the beat, grade for contrast, drop in supers.
Total desk time: ~30 min.
Export: 4K H.264 ready for TikTok, Reels, or broadcast.
