赋能下一代：加州大学伯克利分校机器学习高中工作坊计划

<p>在科技飞速发展的世界里，机器学习（ML）领域似乎令人望而生畏，而对于缺乏编程经验的学生来说，踏入这个利基领域更是困难重重。这一问题引起了我们在 Machine Learning @ Berkeley 团队的共鸣，因此我们创建了新的高中生工作坊部门，即 GREP（Guided Resource and Education 名高中生加入我们，将他们凝聚在一起的是对机器学习的好奇心。更令人称奇的是，这些学生中许多人此前毫无编程经验。然而，他们都怀着强烈的求知欲，渴望探索机器学习的世界。 </p><div class="pullquote"><p>“我非常喜欢他们对每一个知识点都深入讲解，以及训练营的包容性。我之前从未写过代码，但因为这一点，我从未感到愚蠢或被排斥。” </p><p>“我喜欢训练营友好的氛围……并且聆听了 入门、机器学习入门以及尝试使用各种大语言模型（LLMs）。我们还为所有学生提供了免费的早餐、午餐和零食，以保持他们的精力充沛。在一天结束时，每个学生都有机会构建他们自己的手绘草图分类模型，使用的是卷积神经网络。他们将基本的机器学习概念付诸实践，获得了动手编码的经验，并亲眼见证了机器学习的魔力。到最后，每个学生都拥有了一个定制的可工作的草图分类模型，能够对他们选择的自己的画作进行分类。看到他们脸上洋溢的兴奋和自豪感尤其令人欣慰且弥足珍贵，许多学生联系我们说，希望训练营能持续两天而不止一天。</p><div
