Still Stuck on the Waitlist? A Complete Guide to Registering for Muse AI (Updated October 8)

Want Muse to handle your tasks for you? First, you need to get through registration and verification. From email to credit card, step by step. See how the author got into the platform this time.

I’d been hearing a lot about Muse but couldn’t get in. Watching everyone use it for videos and task management, it seemed even easier to use than GPT. Today I finally gave in and applied for registration.

Muse is a personal AI agent launched by Meta (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram). You tell it what you want to do, and it can open a browser, fill out forms, and — with proper authorization — handle email and book travel for you. If a task isn’t finished, it can keep working in the background even after you close the app. Operations like sending emails or making payments will ask for your confirmation first.

I didn’t read any tutorial at first — I just went straight to the Muse website, filled in my email, received a verification code, and entered my birthday. Everything seemed fine until I clicked “Next” and only saw a Waitlist notice, telling me to keep waiting.

I found it strange — many people online were already using it normally. Did they all queue up too?

After searching around, I realized the problem was likely my IP and network environment. Even though I was already using a US node, a regular proxy doesn’t guarantee you’ll pass the platform’s environment checks — you can still be identified and blocked from registering.

The solution I eventually found was to use a cloud phone’s US network environment to complete registration.

I tried several cloud phone platforms along the way — some were already defunct, some simply didn’t work properly. Today I finally found one that still works, and I successfully registered and entered Muse through it (personally tested).

Here are the detailed registration steps:

I won’t link directly to the cloud phone platform’s website here, to avoid everyone thinking this is an ad — and the availability of these platforms can change at any time. Just search for the platform name on Google: “lexmount Browser”.

1. Log in to the cloud phone platform

Open the cloud phone platform’s homepage and log in with your email. After logging in, enter the control panel.

2. Find the Muse template

In the left-side menu of the control panel, find Playground, then click Cloud Browser underneath it. Once opened, you’ll see a template that defaults to muse.ai.

3. Configure the browser and launch

On the template page, check Enable Official Proxy, select Chrome as the browser, then click Run Chrome to launch the cloud browser.

4. Enter your registration email

Once the browser opens the Muse registration page, enter the email you want to register with and click Next.

5. Complete email verification

Open your own inbox, find the verification code sent by Muse, enter it, and complete verification.

6. Complete credit card verification

Next, you may be asked to link a credit card for verification. You can try using a virtual credit card that supports this type of verification and fill in the card details as prompted on the page.

During my verification, a $1 pre-authorization hold was made. It’s expected to be released or refunded within about 7 days — check with your card issuer for specifics. This step is only to verify that the card is valid; it doesn’t represent an actual purchase.

Once verification is passed, you’ll successfully enter the Muse interface (I’ve already registered successfully, so I won’t show screenshots — it’s very simple, just fill everything in).

7. Other login methods

I’ve also seen some people say that logging in with a Facebook or Instagram account may allow you to skip the credit card verification. However, I haven’t personally tested this method — feel free to try it yourself.

What does it look like after successful registration?

There are also two questions people might be curious about:

1 What if I already registered before but am stuck on the Waitlist?

From what I’ve learned, these accounts can also try going through the registration or verification process again using a cloud phone, which may have a chance of clearing the waitlist status. However, results may vary by account — success is not guaranteed.

2 Why register now?

This method relies on the network environment provided by third-party cloud phones, and availability is not stable. Several platforms I tried earlier are already no longer working. If platforms adjust their risk-control strategies, or if these cloud phone environments get heavily used, the method may become ineffective again.

So if you want to try Muse, now is a good time while workable methods still exist.

Finally, sharing my invite code.

Here’s my Muse invite code:

【TKFY45】

Based on the current invite event rules, after entering an invite code, both the inviter and the invitee have a chance to receive 1 billion Tokens each (enough for personal use for a long time). Check the event page for specific terms.

How to redeem: Bottom-left corner → Settings → General → Find the invite code field (must be entered within 48 hours of registration — note the expiration)

If you want to stockpile more Tokens, feel free to leave your own invite code in the comments below and help each other out. (Each person has 30 invite codes to share after registering.)

How to get your own invite code: Top-right corner → Invite

Muse can be used to create videos and run tasks. While there’s still a free quota available, interested friends can register and give it a try.

Hope everyone can register smoothly and avoid unnecessary pitfalls.
