We’re Adam, Andy, and Noah - co-founders of Tower (withtower.com)
TL;DR
Tower is a collaborative AI diligence workspace. We take your DD checklist and messy data room, organize it, flag what’s missing, and let your team query everything with AI - so you spend time on analysis, not chasing information.
We’re live with AmLaw 50 and Chambers Band 1 law firms, top serial acquirers, and leading commercial real estate diligence teams.
The Problem
The hardest part of diligence isn’t reviewing documents - it’s collecting the right information.
Deal teams have no dedicated system for collecting and verifying that disclosures are complete before analysis begins. Instead, they rely on multiple VDRs, Excel trackers, email threads, and one-off AI prompts to figure out what’s been received, what’s missing, and what matters. That process of chasing and structuring information is iterative, time-consuming, and kills deal momentum.
Most AI tools help teams review documents faster. But you can’t review what you don’t have, and you can’t assess risk in documents you don’t know are missing.
The Solution
Tower is the workspace that takes deal teams from first disclosure to answers faster - by fixing collection first, then accelerating review.
**1. Automatically organized data room:**Upload anything, get a fully indexed deal room in minutes. Click any diligence request and see the exact files behind it.
**2. Catch red flags and missing files up front:**Missing amendments, unsigned agreements, stale financials, and expired contracts are flagged within seconds of upload, before anyone wastes review time.
**3. AI document review:**Extract covenants, financial definitions, change-of-control triggers, and rep language across hundreds of documents in one pass. Every answer cited to source.
**4. Smart diligence Q&A:**Every request, every responder, every status, in one live system, synced with the data room. No more “what’s the latest tracker?” email threads.
The Backstory
Our team spent years on the wrong end of messy data rooms - burning weeks organizing and chasing disclosures before real review could begin. We watched deals stall and sour because of it. Tower is the system we wished we had on every one of those deals.
Noah is a former M&A and tech lawyer at Dentons, where he co-led the AI industry practice and advised top Canadian startups. Andy was an ML quant at a $27B pension fund and founding engineer at NRN Agents. Adam was an early engineer at one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintechs, and worked on data science in manufacturing at Apple.
