This is the official Grok Bot cheat sheet, straight from the team that built it.
Number 8 alone fixed my whole setup. One Chief of Agents setting the rules for every specialist beats one mega-chat.
That’s how my bots run all 5 businesses overnight.
The whole list takes maybe 20 minutes to set up.
