Uber started to measure how reliable the solution is in alerting on outages, and it was well below what they deemed acceptable.

PagerDuty used to be the leading paging + incident management tool, went public, then fell asleep at the wheel when Slack came around, then AI. Now everyone tech company I know is moving off.
