Place the final video and its segmented drafts on the same page together, with each black-and-white draft below following the video above frame by frame, and the ability to export entire segments frame by frame into MP4.
To set it up, just clone it down and run npm start, open the browser to 127.0.0.1:4343, Node.js 22 or above is sufficient, no need to install dependencies or configure keys.
The upper layer of the page has the filmed motion graphics ad looping, the lower layer arranges the corresponding black-and-white drafts by segments like Hook, Reveal, App, End card; when the playhead sweeps over, the current segment gets an orange outline and aligns frame by frame with the video, while the other segments play independently.
