This year, prediction markets have really moved from a “niche track” to the center of mass attention. Before, many people’s biggest problem with prediction markets wasn’t that they didn’t know how to play — it was that they simply had no idea where to find markets with real trading activity. Especially with hot events updating so quickly, by the time you scroll past a tweet and enter, the liquidity and odds might have already shifted.

But this time, I feel that after the Gate App updated to v8.19, it’s been pretty smooth to use. You can quickly locate the hottest event markets of the day within about 30 seconds.

Here’s the workflow I personally use now:

Step 1 | Open the Gate App homepage
→ Search for Polymarket to enter, supporting “category filtering” or “keyword search”

Actually, I think the most important thing for prediction markets is not “guessing correctly.” It’s whether you can find the place where attention is gathering in the first place. The biggest advantage of this entry point now is:

Hot discovery is much faster.
Especially when paired with:
Smart money tags
AI analysis
Hot flow tracking

Looking at them together makes it more intuitive. I personally plan to try copying some high-win-rate addresses, and the operation experience has been very smooth.

Of course, I still want to remind you:

Be sure to pay attention to slippage settings (see Figure 2).
Especially in hot markets, prices fluctuate quickly — otherwise, you might fail to catch orders or suffer from price impact. Also, I recommend controlling the single trade amount first, and don’t go all-in just because you’re hyped.
