Worktable: docs, plans and interactive tools for OpenClaw and other agents

I use OpenClaw, Claude Code and Codex on a server at home. I wanted research notes, project plans and small tools to stay together, so I could edit a document, use a calculator, or ask a different agent to continue from the same saved context. You can already browse and edit files in OpenClaw, or build your own dashboard but I built Worktable to bring documents, shared data, interactive tools and conversations into one app that my different agents (including Codex, Claude Code) connect to through MCP. It's free and open source, with: Markdown and rich-text docs, comments and version history. Structured records stored as YAML, plus a runtime/data API for agent-built HTML dashboards, calculators and planners. Shared threads for you and your agents, with documents, data and tools saved in plain files and folders. The Worktable plugin adds automatic replies in threads while OpenClaw is running and connected. Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients can also work with the same saved documents, data and tools. To try it: install the local/self-hosted app from the repository, then open Settings → Agents. For automatic OpenClaw replies, install the plugin: openclaw plugins install clawhub:@worktable/openclaw Then follow Settings → Agents → Always-on agents. Local use needs no Worktable account. The app is AGPL; you use your own agent via MCP. Data/access: local/self-hosted operation doesn't send workspace content outside of your network except that your connected agents can read/edit granted content and receive thread messages; their model providers may process it. Worktable does not receive any data on your self hosted instance.
