Your agent’s last run shouldn’t be a black box.
neatroots is a local-first app for developers building AI agents who need to inspect and improve their runs.
It helps you spot failures and test fixes by collecting traces on your machine, checking each run for problems, and letting you replay calls or whole runs.
Key features:
• Flexible trace intake – accepts Neatlogs SDKs, HTTP traces, OpenTelemetry exporters, trace files, and Neatlogs Cloud imports • Run checks – evaluates spans for issues such as loops, repeated tool calls, error streaks, leaked keys, and failed or empty runs • Four run views – inspect a run through an overview, trace tree, timeline, or conversation view • Replay controls – re-run one LLM call with an edited message, model, or system prompt, or rerun the whole agent • Agent integration – connects coding agents through MCP tools for reading runs, explaining findings, searching, comparing, and replaying
It’s open-source (Apache License 2.0).

Stop rebuilding your agent workflow from random prompts.
OK Skills is a curated GitHub collection of reusable AI coding-agent skills and CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md playbooks for builders using Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, and other SKILL.md-compatible tools.
It helps you move from ad-hoc prompts to reusable workflows by organizing 32 top-level skill directories, with install paths and trigger-rule examples you can adapt to your own agent setup.
Key features:
• Cross-agent coverage – skills are positioned for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, Autohand Code, Trae, and compatible tools • Practical starting set – the README points newcomers to planning-with-files, find-docs, and agent-browser • Research and docs workflows – includes skills for current documentation lookup, API references, and web/code research • Automation and QA options – includes browser automation, form filling, screenshots, scraping, and web-testing workflows • Portable instruction templates – CLAUDE_AGENTS.md can be copied or merged into Claude Code’s CLAUDE.md or Codex’s AGENTS.md
It’s open-source (Apache License 2.0).
