Ryan McEntush (@rmcentush): We FOIA’d every San Francisco dog license from the last decade:

82,070 license events, 51,379 dogs, 13,525 names, 412 breeds, 26 neighborhoods.

Then we turned it into a data story: The Dogs of San Francisco.
