How far should we let AI agents take over repetitive work?

AI agents are becoming much more useful for tasks that involve multiple steps rather than just answering a single prompt. That got me thinking about work like preparing business presentations. An agent could potentially take research, notes, data, and existing documents, organize the information, decide what needs to be presented, create the slides, format everything, and leave the person to review the final result. I’ve been testing different AI tools around this, and Oria is an interesting one because it focuses on turning existing content into professional, editable PowerPoint slides rather than just generating a basic deck. The interesting part isn't really whether AI can generate a slide. It's whether it can understand the purpose of the presentation well enough to make good decisions throughout the whole process. For example, should a chart be used instead of text? What information should be removed? How should the story flow from one slide to another? What makes something look professional rather than obviously AI-generated? How much of this kind of workflow would you actually trust an AI agent to handle without manually controlling every step?
