I help people launch their own agencies. The part that shocks everyone is how fast you can build a real website now. So here's what actually works for me. No links, no pitch. Just the workflow. For building the site, I use Claude pro. No developer. A full client site takes me a few hours. A quick demo I can show a prospect? Under 10 minutes. Here's the biggest thing I got wrong at the start. I was lazy with my prompts. I'd type something like "build a site for a plumber" and of course it gave me generic junk. What changed everything was being specific. Now I feed it the client's real offer. Their brand voice. Actual examples of the tone I want. A normal build for me now includes the site, pixel integration, basic Google SEO, and a chatbot trained on the client's business so it can answer customer questions on its own.
