Someone got fed up and created a free tool to fix this issue.
It’s called optimizerDuck and it allows you to clean up Windows 10 and 11, remove bloatware, and disable much of the features that affect performance and privacy.
Here’s what it includes:

The most interesting part:
Every change automatically generates a file to revert it, and the tool forces you to create a restore point before modifying the system.
