Putting in a ton of work into Sandcastle v1. Going to reshape it a lot.
How does this sound as a pitch:
- Sandcastle helps you build your software factory
- Use our 6 built-in harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, etc) or your own
- Integrates with all the top Sandbox providers (Daytona, Vercel, E2B, etc)
- Ships with templates to work with Inngest/Trigger.dev for a durable factory
- Support for HITL (over Slack and Discord) as well as AFK runs
And one more thing…
- Every skill in my repo becomes an Agent(), a function you can invoke to get that workflow
- CodeReview(), ImplementSpec(), Retro(), ImproveCodebaseArchitecture()
So effectively, you just plug my skills into infrastructure you provision, into services you already use.
A software factory running on your infra with opinionated, mattpocock/skills-based defaults but infinitely extensible.
WDYT?
