Second-brain's idea is to let AI act as a librarian, and we just toss materials into the raw folder. After reading, AI automatically writes structured Wiki pages with bidirectional links between them, and also maintains indexes for us. GitHub: http://github.com/NicholasSpisak/second-brain… The organized library can be opened directly with Obsidian, with bidirectional link navigation and relationship graphs working normally, and you can even ask questions against the entire library. There is a built-in health check command to detect and fix broken indexes or broken bidirectional links. It provides pre-packaged Skills that can be installed in Agent tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
