Meta opens Muse Connectors, and the real change might not be “just adding a few more plugins,” but rather consumer apps starting to become fully Agent-ified.
The future is Agents choosing services on behalf of people. For entrepreneurs, APIs might be more important than Apps. A API company with only 3 people could also reach 10 million users through an excellent connector.
But distribution rights will also concentrate in Meta’s hands: it can see what users want, which services convert better, and how much users are willing to pay.
