Inspired by Blake Crosley and @poetengineer__, someone plotted 15,800 notes into a 3D embedding space based on semantic meaning.
The result? A literal geometry of thought. Heavy focus areas turned into dense clusters (AI, design, code), while disconnected concepts left massive, telling gaps.
Those thin bridges between topics show exactly where you fail to connect the dots in your daily thinking.
How to copy this setup:
Run your markdown notes through a lightweight local embedding model (GitHub: /MinishLab/model2vec).
Use UMAP to project the data into a 3D plot.
Or simpler: drop the workflow into Claude Code and have it write the script.
You only need ~100 notes to see your own mental topology take form.
