Chris McGuire (@ChrisRMcGuire): For those of us who have been arguing for years that China’s AI chip production is extremely constrained and Huawei lacks the capacity to fill China’s domestic AI compute needs, much less sell to other countries, seeing the Huawei Chairman publicly admit this is very gratifying.
