I've run my family business (wholesale stone import), taking it from $3M to $15M over 8 years. It's a grind (no stone pun intended). Agentic AI is a boon. So many back office tasks can be automated, which allow you to focus on hiring/keeping the right people, sales and brand. This will create jobs in the long run, as agentic AI becomes the new normal.
