Anthropic has put prompt safeguards in place to make Fable 5 less dangerous, leading to these challenging data retention changes\. We reached out to Microsoft to comment its use of Claude Fable 5, but the company didn’t respond in time for publication\. **Follow topics and authors**from this story to see more like this in your personalized homepage feed and to receive email updates\. - Tom Warren
