Every consumer law case starts with “is it worth taking?”
Agents can now answer it cheaply and at volume.
Foremark Legal built an underwriting engine for consumer legal claims. On top of it runs the first agentic, outcome-based consumer law firm. Once a claim is cheap to price, the firm can take it on contingency.
