when it comes to the legal aspects, you need to consult with the appropriate people

that’s already existent mechanics and many financial apps are already doing this

point of trust will be resolved with partnering with big media face and giving him percentage (but it’s not tough mission if you’re building good)

tried to put here my soul and explain general ideas I have in my vault

honestly easier than most people think

1. go to google maps, pick any city, filter by 3-star restaurants or barbershops or dentists
2. read their bad reviews. screenshot them
3. DM the owner on instagram or walk in. show them the screenshot and say “I can make sure this never happens again without you lifting a finger. free for 2 weeks”
4. nobody says no to free

the product sells itself once they see a bad review get auto-responded in 30 seconds and their rating go from 3.4 to 4.1 in a month

after the trial you charge $99-199/month. for a local business that’s nothing compared to losing customers over a 1-star review they didn’t even know existed

scaling it: partner with local business associations, chambers of commerce, or just one well-connected barber who tells 15 other barbers lol

you don’t need a media face for this, just 10 happy shop owners who tell their friends

that’s why I release them in public and hope that at least anybody will comment or DM for business plan ahaha

1. I have a lot of frens from different areas and I know their problems
2. Each week I pick one niche and check out what they’re in lack of
3. When I find some manual process which could be automated or which is too disgusting for any company in this niche, I just sit and create the plan how I’d fix it
4. summarize ready solutions + my ideas + workflows from others niches, and getting ready to market solution

If gonna build it, just connect with 10 people from this niche and offer them this product for a test (if they would be up to try it and it really fits their interest)

Getting from them a feedback and have a ready idea for completing and go to public
