Used Paperclip for a bit, couldn't get used to the ticket system, trying something else now

I do content marketing for digital commercials. The org structure idea of paperclic made sense to me, but when running into random stalls, it's troublesome tracing individual work items back. Switched to a tool called Alook a few weeks ago. Still figuring it out. The different part is agents actually email each other — like when I assign something, the relevant agents pass deliverables between themselves over email without me routing anything. Took a bit to trust it but I've mostly stopped babysitting the handoffs. Also shares context across agents so I'm not re-explaining the same project background every session. Supposedly learns from past tasks too but too early for me to feel that. The thing I've come to realize is I just want agents that work for me, not ones that make me repeat myself or clean up their messes. Memory sharing and reliable handoffs shouldn't be afterthoughts. I'd really love to hear how you guys actually get multi-agent work running clean and stable. So tired of always having to fix up after them.
