Career update: I’m leaving @MistralAI.
This is probably the most difficult decision I’ve made in my career, much hard than when I moved to France without speaking French : ) There are lots of emotions and honestly it feels surreal.
I’m incredibly grateful to our founders @arthurmensch @GuillaumeLample @tlacroix6 for taking a chance on me almost three years ago. I joined when we were around 20 people and now we are over 1000 people. I’m proud to be part of this amazing growth journey and to build the DevRel team along the way.
I’m thankful to my managers and advisors @IsForAt @Ariinahurry for their mentorship and support, to my team @pandoraxtw @Jthmas404 @that_jen_person @AlisdairBroshar @benmorss for their trust and everything we’ve built together, and to all collaborators and friends I’ve had the privilege to work with.
Most of all, I’m grateful for our community. Thank you to everyone who built with our models, came to our events, gave us feedback, contributed, or simply cheered us on. Getting to know so many of you has been one of the best parts of my time at Mistral.
I’m still a huge believer in Mistral and will remain one of its biggest fans.
Mistral will always have a special place in my heart
