It offers capabilities you won&#8217;t find on the Apple Watch SE, including EKG support, atrial fibrillation detection, and FDA-cleared hypertension notifications. The larger battery is another advantage, lasting us nearly 48 hours in testing, so you can take full advantage of sleep tracking and sleep apnea detection. The bezels are smaller as well and the display is larger, making it easier to read at a glance, which is a welcome improvement for older adults or people with visual impairments.</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Outside of its health features, the Series 11 retains everything we already like about Apple&#8217;s smartwatches.
