@Saccc_c: I've recently fallen in love with Codex's Chrome extension — it's definitely the right way to learn in the AI era. You can study in the main area on the left like I do, and ask Codex questions directly in the sidebar on the right. I used to think Figma was too complicated and didn't want to learn it, but now I can get started quickly.

@frank_uid: Recently I've seen a lot of discussions about AI courses. Actually, just get your hands dirty and run through the pipeline. First, use a 3-layer DNN to run the Kaggle Titanic dataset. Then if you're interested in vision, hand-roll a ResNet for cat vs dog recognition or YOLO for object detection. If interested in LLMs, run Karpathy's nanoGPT. If you want to do reinforcement learning, PPO for Breakout. For image generation, download ComfyUI and play with different LoRAs, then hand-roll a diffusion model. These tasks don't require much computing power; a single consumer-grade GPU is enough.

This tweet suggests learning AI by hands-on practice with classic projects (Titanic, ResNet, nanoGPT, etc.), emphasizing that a single consumer-grade GPU is sufficient.
