Greenvolt Power has started construction of a 600 MW/2.4 GWh battery energy storage system in Siedlce, Poland, with BYD Energy Storage supplying the battery technology and commercial operations targeted for late 2027. Once completed, Greenvolt will reach 1 GW and 4 GWh of battery storage capacity in Poland.
