This paper proposes a Position Encoding-Based Deformable Spatial Aggregation Module (PEBDSAM) to address common issues in Graph Neural Networks such as over-smoothing and over-compression, and introduces a simplified version PEBSAM, showing improved performance on homophilous and heterophilous graphs.
