This paper presents a multi-agent AI system with specialized agents (Pattern Recognition, Semantic Analysis, Vision Intelligence) coordinated by an Orchestration Agent to automatically process diverse high school transcripts, achieving 96.7% accuracy and 45 seconds per transcript on a test set of 40 transcripts from 13 states.
