Key Responsibilities - Participate in designing the technical architecture and technology selection of DeepSeek's Harness product. - Participate in developing DeepSeek's Harness product. - Work closely with researchers to define and implement cutting-edge innovations in the Harness domain. - Communicate and collaborate deeply with engineers and researchers on the model training team, participating in the co-evolution of models and Harness, achieving deep adaptation between DeepSeek's Harness and models from the Harness perspective. - Use real internal tasks as a key feedback source for training Harness product and model-related capabilities, continuously iterating product capabilities. - Understand and analyze user feedback collected by the team. Assist in maintaining the Harness product user community if interested and within capability. - Assist with project management-related tasks. Qualifications - 2+ years of software development experience, with strong technical skills and a broad technical perspective. Exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements. - Bachelor's degree or above. - Proficient in using AI Agent tools for software development. Possess strong learning ability in software development. Capable of performing quality-assured programming in unfamiliar domains (e.g., languages, technologies, frameworks) with AI assistance. - Be a heavy user of Agent products, with great enthusiasm for Agent Harness development, discerning taste and judgment regarding model behavior, and a strong sense of developer experience. Have deeply used code-oriented and general-purpose Agent products, and integrated these products into work and daily life. - Familiar with LLM and basic Agent mechanisms and technical principles, including LLM API, KV Cache, Agent Loop, Tool Use, Reasoning, Planning, Skills, MCP, Memory, Subagent, Multi-Agent, etc. Have in-depth understanding of topics such as Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Harness Engineering. - Good communication skills in Chinese. Preferred Qualifications - Software development experience in the AI industry. - Experience rapidly iterating products as a development engineer in a small team. - Personal open-source projects and deep contributions to the open-source community. - Experience in deep collaboration with researchers or research experience, with scientific taste. - Ability to communicate in English with the open-source community and user community. - Awards in competitive competitions in computer science, programming, or data science. - Publications in reputable academic venues in computer science or other fields. - Other extraordinary talents relevant to this role.
