Self-hosted company OS, Claude Code and Codex agents in departments

I am Dimitris, a solo developer from Athens. This is a company OS that I built and use to run my business, and anyone can install it and self host it for free. Think of it as Claude Code, Cowork and the cloud sessions in one self hosted application. It is multi-tenant by design where many people can collaborate on the company agents, and it runs with your Anthropic or OpenAI subscription or even with local models. My marketing is a department of agents, engineering has a dev agent, and a CEO agent reads the department digests every morning and briefs me. Every agent runs on Claude Code or Codex CLI as a persistent process on your server, in a kernel sandbox (bubblewrap) with network isolation always on, with its own workspace, memory, schedules and tools. With one command you can also pair any remote machine and run the same agents there, with all their tools and a two way sync of the workspace with the server. You control them from the dashboard from anywhere, and if the machine goes offline the session can fall back automatically to the sandbox on the server. Since 1.7 the agents can also build apps and deploy them directly inside the platform, in a secure sandbox. An app can be internal and shared so the whole team uses it together, or external, like a booking page for a barbershop that the agent builds and runs by itself. The first app I built is a GitHub tab for my developer agent. It connects directly to GitHub and gives me live visibility into CI, tests, PRs and issues, so with a quick glance I know what is happening on the repo. The agents also have lots of built in features, they can answer and place phone calls through Twilio or your own Asterisk, edit videos and photos with a professional pipeline, and work on excel, word, ppt and pdf files with a live preview right in the chat. Trying it is one install script and a docker compose, no signup. The license is Fair Source, all the code is public, self hosting is free up to 5 users and paid above that. 1.7.0 went out today, the biggest release so far. Links in the first comment.
