A South Korean author, running a one-person company without a single employee, has fully automated 49 miscellaneous tasks—all squeezed into a single Mac mini.
By the sixth cycle of community operation, he was handling everything alone: product videos, eBook PDFs, blog writing, meeting notes, client messages, and comment replies. The frustration nearly made him quit, so he began writing scripts one by one, eventually accumulating 49.
He open-sourced 26 of these skills that others could directly use, complete with real execution scripts: Claude is prioritized, switching to Codex only when credits run out, heavy tasks offloaded to remote machines, and one-time reminders automatically deleted after sending.
Each skill is an instruction set that an agent can understand, running autonomously around the clock on a single Mac mini.
