Back when computing resources were tight, they had already imposed quota limits

Based on community feedback, here are some possible reasons:

• Low-quality IP, with nodes shared by multiple users leading to abuse
• Frequent account switching and cross-account session reuse (e.g., switching between multiple Plus accounts and continuing tasks in the same session)
• Sharing login credentials with opaque reverse proxies, relay services, or third-party tools
