Launch YC: Lab0 - AI FDE for Enterprise Software | Y Combinator

Source: https://www.ycombinator.com/launches/QQr-lab0-ai-fde-for-enterprise-software Enterprise software takes months to go live after the sale. Imagine paying for an app on the app store but not being able to use it for 6 months.Lab0solves exactly this.

We’re building an AI FDE that automates entire post-sales delivery for software companies - all from discovery, solution design, config, to testing and go-live. We’re currently working with Adobe and a couple of system integrators.

The future of enterprise software is self-serve, where enterprises buy a product, and it gets configured by agents.

Lab0is the AI FDE making that real: 6 months → 10 days.

The problem

If you’ve sold to an enterprise, you know this already.

A $200K contract lands. Hand off to post-sales. On a deeper technical discovery of your client’s processes, you realize you need a lot of custom changes to serve them.

That’s the hidden tax on every enterprise sale, 3 months of bespoke FDE / Solution Architect’s work, rebuilt from scratch for every customer. That’s 3 months of lost value for the customer.

Either you wait months to start billing, or somehow show enough ROI in the remaining duration of the contract to get a renewal.

What we built

Lab0is the AI FDE for your (AI?) B2B SaaS. It joins discovery calls and tells you what to ask, generates handoffs, design documents and test plans. It even configures the product, writes custom integrations and tests all the workflows before signing off.

Six months of services work, done in days.

Who we are

Onkar Borade, CS grad from IIT Bombay, saw the problem from inside Oracle, where the implementation team was bigger than the dev team.

Lakshya Gupta, also CS from IIT Bombay, was an early engineer at Emergent Labs where he scaled the Agent platform from 0 to $100M in ARR with over 5M users.

Sujay Srivastava, quantum computing grad from IIT Madras, was building an AI startup for BFSI, where every rollout felt like its own custom project.

We’ve sat on every side of an enterprise deployment, andLab0is the software we wished we’d had on every one of those projects.

Our ask

**1. Are you a company selling to enterprises where implementation is eating your team’s time?**We’ll take one of your hardest customer deployments and run it end-to-end; you’ll see the value firsthand.

2. Intros to Professional Services leaders / Customer Success / Solutions Architectsat enterprise software companies with 20+ person implementation teams. If you’ve seen this pain from a previous job - even from across the aisle in a product or engineering role, a warm intro goes a long way.
