Every tech generation creates jobs that never existed before. This generation’s big one is the Automation Engineer.
One design choice at @getserval explains why the Automation Engineer role exists.
Admins describe a process in plain language, and Serval turns it into a code-based workflow that gets reviewed, tested, and approved. The help desk agent can only act through those approved workflows. Anything else goes to a person.
For every customer, @getserval’s Automation Engineers build AI agents straight into that customer’s Serval setup while embedded with the IT, HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
