SeatGeek automated half of its IT requests in the first 60 days. Nobody was laid off, and hiring this year is already ahead of all of last year.
Its founder and CEO Jake Stauch explained that each workflow carries its own permissions and approval gates outside the LLM’s judgement, so any action traces back to a specific workflow run whose approvals and code auditors can review.
