You don’t understand how BIG this is.
I gave an AI one objective and watched it hire its own team. It split itself into departments, decided who owned what, and lined up the work so nothing shipped before the thing it depended on.
Its reasoning: launching blind would waste everyone’s work.
Nobody taught it that. That’s just how Matrix runs Claude Code and Codex. Like a company instead of a chatbot.

I planned a SaaS with Claude, handed the plan to Lovable, and built the whole thing in ONE day.
Landing page first to lock the design, then every screen, then the backend, then Stripe.
By the end it wasn’t a demo anymore. Auth, a working paywall, an AI feature at the core. A real product that started as one sentence in my notes.
Everyone has the same tool. The order you build in is the moat.
